I teach yoga. Seven hours a week. This mat is the second one I've owned and the other one was mortally wounded in a washing machine incident, don't trust the hubby. I've used regular, closed cell mats. I've used a YogaRat natural rubber mat. They didn't hold up to my practice.

I bought this to replace another mat as this mat could inhibit bacterial growth, which important to me during this time. And it could be easily cleaned by water, I don't need buy yoga mat cleaner anymore. I used this new mat for the first tonight and it's brilliant! Also the grip on the mat was great too. Would definitely recommend this mat. And delivery was on time. Great value for money 👏

This is the best may I’ve ever used! It featured with sharklet technology, much cleaner than others. The material it’s made of is very dense but it has plenty of cushion at the same time, it’s so comfortable! I love it. And it’s not slippery. I used it right away and my grips held perfectly. It did not smell like chemicals or anything offensive. It’s not cheap - but you get what you pay for with this mat, it’s worth the money for anyone who does yoga regularly and needs a mat like this for support, comfort and clean.
